Launched in 2020, Match Discovery is part of Townsend Synergies LLC, a boutique eDiscovery consulting firm. At Match Discovery, we believe in pursuing organic growth strategies by creating an eDiscovery community and adding value for both job seekers and legal tech employers through direct to company hires and educational materials.

We want to help job seekers find their dream eDiscovery jobs by offering resume tips and tricks and educational resources to help them advance their career.

We want to help employers hire candidates with the right skills and attitude to best fit in their company's culture. We do this by offering job posting improvements and hand matching candidates.

 "I came up with the idea of Match Discovery amidst the COVID-19 crisis. I have been on both sides of hiring in the eDiscovery industry and have been frustrated with the process. I knew that there were talented candidates out there, I just didn't know how to find them. Many were simply not marketing themselves well enough. I knew that there had to be a better way than using the traditional mediums. But it doesn't stop there, continual learning is essential in any tech industry, so I wanted not to create only a job board platform, but also a place for educational resources too. I hope we can work with the eDiscovery community, job seekers, and employers to continually improve Match Discovery to be a platform used by everyone."
