What is Match Discovery?

Match Discovery is a niche eDiscovery and legal tech job matchmaking platform operated by Townsend Synergies LLC. There are many names for "eDiscovery", such as "e-Discovery", "litigation support", "legal tech", "practice support", and "electronic discovery". Searching for jobs within an industry of so many names can be difficult. Match Discovery is a one-stop platform to find those jobs along with other resources to help you in your eDiscovery career. We create value for both job seekers and companies by connecting them directly and providing services to help job seekers create better resumes and companies create better job postings/descriptions that align with the current employment climate.

What make Match Discovery different from other job board sites?

With extensive experience in the eDiscovery industry, we bring a fresh approach to the way people find and fill jobs. We are a medium for companies to find and hire candidates directly. By hiring candidates directly, companies save on recruiting costs, and those savings can be passed down to employees. Beyond a job board platform, we are an educational resource for the eDiscovery industry.

What are the benefits of joining as a Community Seeker?

It is free to join Match Discovery as Community Seeker. As a Community Seeker you can create a profile, upload/create a resume, and sign up to receive Match Discovery emails. Resumes can be kept private or made visible to employers with access to the resume database. If you add a resume to your profile, you also have the option to be "matched" by the Match Discovery crew to jobs that match your skills and expertise.

Even if you aren't currently looking for a job, you can still join the Match Discovery community.

Who can post jobs on Match Discovery?

Any company operating within the eDiscovery/legal tech space that is hiring directly can post jobs on Match Discovery. For now, we only support direct to company hire. Companies cannot post jobs to be filled for other companies. 

Match Discovery approves all employers and monitors their job postings to ensure that they are up-to-date. We frequently check in with employers and their websites to ensure that "old" or "closed" job postings are removed from the site.

What are the benefits of joining as an Employer?

As an employers you have full control over your company profile. You can highlight what makes your company great to attract talented candidates as well as improve your online presence in the eDiscovery industry.

What does it cost to post a job?

Job postings are free for employers during Match Discovery's beta testing period. 

I'm an employer, how do I post a job?

We can either post for you or you can post jobs yourself. If you would like to post jobs yourself, the first step is to create an employer profile. Contact us at crew@matchdiscovery.com if you would like us to post for you.
